Our hotel in Warsaw has a tea bar, where you fill your own teabag with loose-leaf tea and brew your own pot. Best. Idea. Ever. #myvikingjourney #travel

Dennis and I jumpstarted our vacation with a delish vegetarian dinner at Magpie Cafe. We began with house-made chips and crusty bread with hummus, then split veggie lasagna (Root 64 tomatoes!) and corn tortellini. We topped it off with a (Gunther's) ice cream sandwich. Way to go Sacramento!

It was deja vu on Day 1 of our Memphis-to-Sacramento #roadtrip. Every stop was a repeat visit: Kitchen Laurel in Memphis, The Grumpy Rabbit in Lonoke, AR, the Coffee Parlor in Alma, AR, and even our hotel in Springdale. Tomorrow, we visit all new places!

Just 24 hours after storms cancelled the Memphis Pride parade, members of First Congregational Church led a march through the Cooper Young community. The First Congo banner that led the procession was used in the city’s first Pride parade 50 years ago. #pride
