Just saw the ad for the new electric Ford Capri. What a pity. The glory of the original and then the mundacity of the new version.

Walking through the lava walls at Las Grietas on Lanzarote. Easy to access, but wear closed shoes or boots as the sandy floor can be loose.

#GIFTED Myself and @paulofdub.bsky.social headed to Spice Village in Terenure recently for their Sunday breakfast, which features South Indian and Punjabi dishes. I particularly loved the chole bhature

This Friday Killadoon Farm will donate 100% of SALES (not proceeds) to Crumlin Hospital. This is a very special cause for me as I had open heart surgery in Crumlin.

Purchase this gorgeous, rich, creamy milk from their vending machines in F&B, Avoca Dunboyne, SuperValu Rathgar & Lucan

Time for the big guns. I’m absolutely smothered by this head cold since Monday and I woke up this morning with a temp. I’ve had this pack in the drawer since I got my dental implant two years but this is the first time I’ve needed it

Count 10 and still no one elected. In fact all still to play for in Dublin South Central. Delighted for my neighbour Jen Cummins of the SocDems. #ge24 #dublinsouthcentral

Double rainbow today. Technically there are infinite rainbows but you rarely see two, maybe three if very lucky

I picked this book up recently in a charity shop. It’s full of solid recipes, genuinely can see myself doing a few of these over the coming period.

Lunch in Oma at Borough Market was really lovely. Lots of Greek wines by the glass. Best tip is to stick with the spreads & small plates. Bigger plates were tasty but not worth the money

I love the random stuff that you come across in London

A lunch at Noble Rot is practically de rigueur when in London for the weekend. I love their simple approach to classic British-French food and obviously their great wines.
