45 years ago today, my nan very suddenly passed away. She was just 49 years old, just a year older than what I am now.Sadly I don't remember her as I was only 2 years old. The fact that she was only 1 year older than me when she left us has played on my mind today.Family memories are funny things.

3 years ago today, I spoke at the HRA Autumn Conference in front of 100+ people about my experiences.Most listened & used my speech to better their railways.Some used it to blacken my name & some had their ego hurt & used it to try & cancel me entirely from the HR sphere🤣
