As having Carelian ancestry from mother’s side, I feel for Ukrainians. The multigenerational trauma of war and being forced to leave home is a real thing, and I have no idea how many generations will it take to heal.

Sunday Gym. There’s so much good in life. Still. This is something I every now and then forget. Then I hit the gym, go dancing, meet up with friends etc etc. The endorphins after a good workout 🏋️♀️❤️💃
