I just got an increase in my SS and survivor annuity from the DOD I am a retired teacher n PA Since PA retired teachers have not had a raise in their retirement for income for at least 15 years I depend on my SS and husband’s survivor annuity to pay for my supplemental insurance &to make ends meet
