My favourite part is when they ask you for a cover letter or to say why YoU'rE tHe peRfEct fiT but then just send you an automated email and don't even tell you why you're not good enough. 👍

Well, I'm a sucker for classic theme building 😬 but even with a block theme, if you power it with something like ACF you can get pretty good results and a cleaner backoffice.
I hate how slow it is to load a post on the backoffice... (in my defense, my experience is with websites built by others.)

It's great! Recently did a test to make a burger menu without js and used popover, which turned out to be a great solution even for accessibility. :)
