That looks good. We are selective, so generally reading age is not an issue, but engagement is. So we are going to use the first three reading lessons to read ‘Sawbones’ by Catherine Johnson to see if we can engage them.

We are really concerned about reading and we are going to start with a class reader approach during our Year 7 reading lessons. Not heard of faster reading.
