TLDR; predominantly Black schools and Black students tend to be overpoliced; we provide recommendations for policy, practice, and research for both education and police actors.

We find that:
1. Interventions are concentrated in predominantly Black schools,
2. Differences in student characteristics and behavior do not explain this concentration-- but differences in teacher resource do,
3. Disparities in intervention are greatest in areas with greater white enrollment
