Omg!! Thanks for the heads up! I've had a lot of phone shenanigans in the last, like, year (new phone, new phone broken, replacement phone, repaired new phone) and totally lost track of Discord!!! Will rectify that!

it felt like a very odd, "we are holed up in our hotel a LOT" trip. But KAT-TUN's farewell con pulled it all together again. I'm so grateful I got to go; grateful we were recovered enough to attend; grateful I got to hear the original Real Face on a big stage.

Right?? I could only infer from some inserted shots that it might have been a fishermen vs seals situation but... I really thought I was just not comprehending the Japanese!

(The context is the Akita bear business, where the SDF has been called in to constrain the bears, and this was a look at 1960s Hokkaido where apparently... the SDF was shooting at seals with tanks!)
