My class starts this evening exactly a year since my ecstatic spirit work with @mxfrankduffy.bsky.social where I wanted to bring my inner child some joy. Somehow I feel like this is the right path.

At least it’s spurred me on to look into my own kiln. 😊

When I first started they had a beginner pottery class, then they had a teacher (wheel throwing, types of glazes) he left (I’m not sure why) they now have a drop in make/glaze session, pay as you go with council arts officer in charge of kiln operations. One bisque fire since November.

Yes maybe that’s why I’m having trouble finding what I’m looking for (although I’m not actually sure what I’m looking for)
Even just a Spotify search of something like ‘Scottish Celtic’ brings up so many beautiful songs. It seems strange that I can’t find the same for Welsh.

I do want to visit them today and know I should but I’ve just had to sit on the floor to unload the washing machine, had to stop half way up the stairs for a rest while carrying the laundry up them 🧺. I don’t want them to get this cold and I’m doing the right thing but urgh.
