Imms advisory clinic replying to referrals… examined the data to better understand years of referrals… idea of a Q&A sheet to the top 3 most asked questions…

we significantly reduced the referral rate and equipped referrers than just to decline referrals… #partnership #savedtime #educationtraining

Q1:
Tbh QI didn’t seem v interesting, at first, another thing to boost the CV… but when QI came to life through seeing meaningful change, ah… that’s when the #QISky revelation happened… it felt natural to seek continuous improvement… always learning, keeping patient-centred
