The school board in my hometown of Forest Lake, MN, is now extremely Trumpy, so meetings feature members like Mark Kasel insisting that affinity groups "cause" racism and safe spaces are bad because "when you get out into the world, it's not safe. You need to teach them to stand up for themselves."
