Caught in the rain this morning while I was walking in the woods to clear away the twist in my stomach caused by our authoritarian-in-chief. Even wet, a walk in the summer woods helps.

Last night the Gay Men’s Chorus and Women’s Chorus in Charlotte gave an outstanding performance of #SingfortheCure A Proclamation of Hope. Soloists were excellent as well—This music is being performed around the country until November. Treat yourself and go!
