Is the CDP too progressive for Komeito, coupled with their probable distrust/dislike of the previous CDP-JCP cooperation in previous elections? I guess Komeito will sit on the sidelines and wait and see what emerges--they seem fairly risk averse--but J-politics is not my speciality.
