That makes a lot of sense. How do you adjust for a lethargic starter? 20g is tiny, how long is your bulk ferment ?

TNG is fantastic, particularly because you have cast/timeline overlap with DS9. There's a lot of deep canon from TNG too that bleeds to the other series (eg Vulcan/Romulan relations, Section 31, the Borg..). ENT was my least favorite, I'm not even sure I was able to finish it. SNW is fantastic too.
