I’m a working wife, and making sourdough is a bit of “zen” for me. Some people just find it relaxing. I see, knit, crochet, and happily raised 2 children with my husband (going on 40 years now). And I’m a feminist with nothing “tradwife” about me.

It gives it a stronger flavor and adds protein. You may also find it rises faster, so do watch your dough!
