FINAL: Penn 83, Saint Joseph's 74

Ethan Roberts with 31 and TJ Power with 23 as the Quakers pick up their best win of the young season. A win over Drexel on Friday and Penn plays for a Big 5 title in December.
November 18, 2025 at 2:06 AM
Penn's going to win this, but not after it got ugly in the final seconds. Didn't see exactly what happened but teams had to be separated and Penn's AJ Levine ended up on his back. Refs are looking at the monitor now to see what happened.
November 18, 2025 at 2:02 AM
Penn turned it over, but had a terrific defensive stand, forced two airballed treys and blocked a layup. Power to the line to all but seal it, up 77-73 with 6.8 seconds left.
November 18, 2025 at 1:59 AM
Quakers call timeout with 22.2s left and 8 on the shot clock.
November 18, 2025 at 1:54 AM
Deuce Jones II goes 1-for-2 on a 1&1. 77-73, 45.9s to play.

Penn has three timeouts left, St. Joe's has one.
November 18, 2025 at 1:53 AM
Ethan Roberts has taken over down the stretch. Another driving layup, he's got 29 points and Penn leads 77-72 with 50 seconds to play. That's a huge bucket for the Quakers as they try to hold off the Hawks.
November 18, 2025 at 1:52 AM
Final media timeout comes with 3:09 left in the second half.

Penn holding a 71-68 lead with the ball to inbounds out of the break.
November 18, 2025 at 1:45 AM
Ethan Roberts up to 23 points, his driving layup has Penn up 71-66 with under five minutes to play.
November 18, 2025 at 1:43 AM
Setting up for a high-quality finish here at the Palestra.

Penn up 62-61, Power going to the line for a pair out of a media timeout with 7:13 remaining. He hasn't scored this half; Ethan Roberts up to 17 for the Quakers.

Deuce Jones II has 17 to lead the Hawks.
November 18, 2025 at 1:33 AM
This game feels like Penn's out-playing St. Joe's. Certainly the Quakers are out-shooting the Hawks. But it's just a 52-50 lead with 13:40 left. Not one obvious area where St. Joe's is keeping it even.

Now 55-50 after Ethan Roberts hits a trey. St. Joe's timeout, 13:19 2H.
November 18, 2025 at 1:18 AM
First 20 minutes didn't accomplish much.

St. Joe's 41, Penn 41 at the midway point.

TJ Power 18 points, 7 rebounds to lead Penn in both categories

Derek Simpson 13 points, Deuce Jones II 12 for St. Joe's.
November 18, 2025 at 12:48 AM
Power up to 16 points (and six boards) as he knocks down a 3-pointer from straightaway; Penn with a 37-35 lead and St. Joe's to the line for one FT at the U4 timeout, 3:00 1H.
November 18, 2025 at 12:40 AM
TJ Power is heating up -- he's got 13 points already, after a 15-point outing his last game. He's increased his scoring in each of the Quakers' three games thus far.

St. Joe's 27, Penn 25, 7:50 1H. Game's moving quickly here at the Cathedral of College Hoops.
November 18, 2025 at 12:27 AM
St. Joe's up 10-8 at the first media timeout. Every single bucket thus far has been a dunk or a layup. Each team with 10 possessions in the first four-plus minutes -- this game is MOVING.
November 18, 2025 at 12:09 AM
Penn starters: AJ Levine, Michael Zanoni, TJ Power, Ethan Roberts, Augustus Gerhart

St. Joe's starters: Derek Simpson, Deuce Jones II, Jaiden Glover-Toscano, Anthony Finkley, Dasear Haskins

FINAL: Moravian 120, Immaculata 118 (2OT)

Liam Cummiskey (CB East) wins it for Moravian on a layup with just under two seconds left. Unfortunately my video got obscured so I don't have the winning bucket on film.

Wild, wild game. Won't have a story tonight on it, but WOW.
November 14, 2025 at 1:41 AM
This is just wild. Moravian was up eight points, 117-109 with 1:18 left in 2OT and Immaculata came back to tie it 118-118 thanks to two 3-pointers and a 3-point play.

Moravian has 8.5 seconds to win it or we're going 3OT. @d3hoops.bsky.social
November 14, 2025 at 1:39 AM
DOUBLE overtime at Immaculata! It's 103-103. Moravian had a possession with four seconds left but couldn't get a clean look off. What a game this has been.

Moravian's first game of the season went 2OT as well...
November 14, 2025 at 1:22 AM
Ratcliffe fouled out with 90 seconds left and Immaculata took advance. It's all tied up at 103, IU ball with 31.1 seconds left. Timeout.

Figured a 6 PM D-III game would mean an early night...that's what I get!
November 14, 2025 at 1:14 AM
Moravian hasn't had a 40-point scorer since Mickey Kohan during the 1971-92 season (no exact date given). Marquis Ratcliffe has 41 tonight. He's five off the program record set during the 1960-61 season.

Moravian up 101-96 with 1:59 left in OT.
November 14, 2025 at 1:08 AM
We've got overtime at Alumnae Hall!
November 14, 2025 at 12:57 AM
Immaculata just tied it on a corner 3-pointer from Jalen Flowers with 32 seconds left. 93-93, IU timeout. Fifth tie of the game.
November 14, 2025 at 12:53 AM
Moravian took a 76-67 lead with 8:36 to play; since then it's been an 18-6 Immaculata run and the Mighty Macs lead 85-82 with 3:39 left. Student section is BUZZING.
