ATX gets good press (deservedly so) for policy changes to allow for increased housing supply and the resulting decrease in housing/rent prices. However, the job isn't done. We need continued investment in income-restricted affordable housing. #ATXHousing

While I believe ATX and TravCo will be just fine in the long run, Williamson County is absolutely exploding right now and appears to be accelerating. Here at the Wilco Growth Summit, and the reports and projections are staggering.
