Meeting on astronomy from the Moon. Opportunities are limited now to ~5kg/5W but the hope is that we can get larger missions, including radio astronomy. We were on the expansive Raman Institute lawns which are still as Raman laid them out.

I wonder how useful this is. My experience is that I can access any article I want without hindrance. It's just that it's too expensive for me to submit to most journals, especially if I have to pay open-access fees.
