who is this amazing dragon, is there more art of him, is he yours, I just love dragons

I like the idea of the character becoming the costume instead of just wearing it, but I also like the fact that the costume becomes and actual costume and not just the character using their body, you know like a magical girl transformation. so I like both, but becoming the costume with twist, fav.
