It was a pleasure to attend Jenn's Gym along with the Minister for Health to meet Jennifer & her mum. Jennifer has created a fantastic gym to help those with neurological condition or disability so they can have a safe place to exercise.

This week is Children's Mental Health week. 1 in 8 children and young people have a diagnosable mental health problem
