I’ve been wearing mine since I got them about 5 months ago. No shame in taking care of myself. If you have hearing loss and don’t take care of it, your hearing will get worse and part of your brain will shut down if you don’t use it. I’d like my whole brain to be working on a regular basis. 😁🧚‍♀️
