@united @SecretaryPete Even more alarming, I could view and edit their flier profile details (Email address, phone numbers, etc.) Some of the email and phone is redacted, but with their full names from the ticket, it's easy to cross-reference these w/ other online databases.

@united @SecretaryPete I immediately think it is spam. But wait, it's in the same text thread as all of my other United msgs. Hmm. So I isolate a browser and retype the URL instead of click. It takes me to the confirmed reservation of two people who are NOT me. And who I do not know.
