Excuse, but I wonder if people don't realize that Medicare is not voluntary. Medicare taxes are a mandatory deduction from paychecks. Medicare premiums are paid each month by every American age 65 or above. It is self funded by taxes and premiums. So how on earth can Medicare be ended?
