Heading back uptown! I often hear that Transit is too slow or isn’t convenient. I left my house at 1:20, caught the bus at 1:28, got to the library at 1:38, doofed around and enjoyed myself til 2:10, caught the bus at 2:15, home by 2:20. I mean… this was perfect for me. It was faster than driving!

Thanks for the ride! We had a few heavy duty buses down today so this route ran one of its two buses in a cutaway. Never ideal but better than cutting service.

During yesterday‘s Directors Meeting, I was reminded that our Frederick County Public Libraries are nearby - and boy, are they Transit-accessible! I hopped on the 50 Midday from the shelter at Frederick Health and headed down

Took the 51 midday home. Got to see a lot of really dedicated Transit staff today who were helping move our community. I love what we do.
