A Grecian woman asked me if I had Greek ancestry because she said I looked like I might and I am SO flattered. 🥺 🥰 I’ve gotten everything under the sun but this is the first time I’ve gotten Greek.

Sure a biblically accurate angel would terrify most. But the only thing that would happen if a biblically accurate Angel popped in front of me would be me woe-ing because I wouldn’t know how to give it a hug. So many eyes. So many wings/arms. Where are the huggy parts.

Been at this Trauma Center Re-accreditation for days. I’m on bc it’s being done virtually through teams so they asked the SVP to have me for all the days of this since teams is wholly my domain in case of issues bc this is so big. Right now they’re showing off all the trauma rooms, ORs & ER rooms.

Rebought my old cheap glasses while I make the decision which ridiculously priced frame will hold my very thick lenses with 5 gajillion coatings for my very sensitive eyes that sit in front of 2 screens for 8-10 hours every day. Honestly if they were thicker I’d go with these. I love the shape.

I had been saving my first European trip for somebody very special to me but that didn’t work out so my next big loves get it! Research, academics, learning, helping people who need help, striving towards equity!

Ok to be honest I already knew I had expensive tastes because I have I want everything handmade to my specific design & my specific fabric tastes but the glasses thing zinched it but no not right now, that’ll be future johanna. Lol.

I stand slightly corrected. There was one alert on Nextdoor. An app most people don’t have. We used to have phone alerts for advisories before the pandemic. What happened to those. It’s like we’re regressing. And not even to previous levels but lower.
