Called this in the EV strategy I authored: there's a plausible scenario in which EVs drive an increase in private motoring and therefore congestion (absent other policy interventions).

Adding Trent Bridge to the list of sports grounds I've only been to for corporate events. Interesting day at the East Midlands Railway stakeholders conference - good to see such good awareness of developments all across EMR's patch, including at Bedford, and thinking on how the railway will respond.

Very engaging and informative, as you'd expect. Was interested to find out which of the voter coalitions I fit into, but this happened. Don't know whether to be disappointed or pleased.
