At a 20% decline you sorta lose control of the narrative. Maybe get a dead cat bounce effect at best but that is a tremendous amount of wealth destruction not to mention the impact to Main Street and a marked slowdown in spending. Yikes

Oh my, Canada can do the same, not to mention slap an export tax on 4.5mm b/d of oil that is imported into US. Crazy times indeed.
