Today’s Pilates class was scary 😱. My HR stayed in zones 4 & 5 most of the time. Probably because of a mix of poor sleep and work stress, my body was definitely struggling to keep up today 😫.

My InBody scan today showed an obvious reversal of my muscle mass trend since November (19.2kg ➡️ 21.5kg). My Basal Metabolic Rate rise alongside the muscle growth. More muscle means more energy burned at rest. The InBody score is now at 74 points.Consistency is definitely the key! 🔑 #InBody #Fitness

It was originally planned as a solo trip, but it turned out to be a mother-daughter getaway instead 🤣 since my mom wanted to join me. The trip’s been great so far. Our place is quite private with a stunning sea view. I can feel the breeze and smell the sea; it’s perfect for quieting my mind.

I just can’t believe that mat pilates can be such an intense session 🥵 My average HR was 153 bpm which is comparable to a high-intensity cardio session and the time in HR zone 4&5 was almost 14 mins. This must be a cardio pilates according to Gemini 3 Pro.
