love this so much, I recently hauled an Aventon Sinch similarly in my Load60 but believe it or not, it's much easier when the bike folds in half.

just add an amendment that says something like "electric bicycles with a curb weight of less than 200 pounds are exempt". they have no clue what an ebike weighs so it'll affect zero bikes and the GOP will still be able to say they got an ebike tax
