We have to do this with Fed health insurance as GEHA, managed by UHC, dropped her ObGyn and my Retinal Specialist when they decided not to negotiate with Capital Women's Care and Johns Hopkins.
Family of four so we get to break out spreadsheets to find new coverage at a reasonable premium.
