Perhaps my misunderstanding, but I thought Borumba PHES was only State Gov funding. Wasn’t aware the Cth was making any contribution. Do you have any additional detail?

Not for nothing, Treasury has also run the numbers multiple times on a FTA with Israel. Economically, it just doesn’t stack up. Plenty of other countries where a FTA would provide higher economic benefits to Australia.

Deeply paranoid too. A group of us attempted to get Voices of Ryan up and running but weren’t successful due to time constraints. But when we did question him in public fora he went off on rants about how we were funded by @simonahac.bsky.social Climate 200 (if only we had been!) Terrible human.

Simmons obviously a former LNP Member for Ryan. Knifed his former boss, the sitting MP, in preselection and then went on to lose a blue ribbon seat after one term. And deservedly so - he was a woeful local member, inactive in the electorate and completely unresponsive to constituents’ concerns
