Local DJs played a crucial role in the rise of bands in Seattle before the grunge movement took off in the late 80s and early 90s. I remember tuning in to stations at UW and WWU to hear the bands I was seeing in the clubs. Eventually, the rest of the world caught up.

I was thinking the same thing. The winner of game 4 is most likely to win this series. in an odd way, it kind of reminds me of the 2001 Yankees/M's series, when NYY won the first two games in Seattle but dropped game 3 at Yankee Stadium. And we all know what happened in games 4 and 5.
