When a Speaker forgets who he serves, the Constitution remembers. Under House Rule IX, any member may file a Motion to Vacate the Chair—the lawful process to remove a Speaker who abuses power or obstructs oversight. It's way past time. Make it a daily motion until this cowardice traitor is removed.
