A6) We need to create #FOMO around those skills. Look at the difference between #DEI training and picking up #AI skills. Both were needed. Most only see value in one. Though there are lots of folks running from the evils of AI. They will watch the parade pass them by. #learnchat

A5) I think the self-driven world we inhabit makes for the best personalized learning path. We see a need in ourselves, and remediate the gap. But alas, we are a rare breed. I've worked with folks who have to be dragged kicking and screaming to professional development they need. #learnchat
