Spent the weekend dying some rainbow pastel neon yarn to welcome the summer 🌈🧶

Broke out my spinning wheel last night and spun up some roving that I dyed all by myself!!!! 🧶💖💙
Roving hanging ti dry outside on a bike storage tent. The roving is blue and pink! Now yarn has been spun into singles on two bobbins. The yarn stripes in pink and blue like the roving The yarn is plied and twisted into a hank. Now the colors blend and twist into stripes of blue and pink and barberpole combinations of the two spun together The same hank if yarn now displayed into a neat pile

viridis yarn experiment in progress?? 🧶🧪
Yarn dying in jars. The colors work out from a bright yellow through green and blue to a dark purple. The viridis color palette, which is a scientific palette that has the same gradient from yellow to purple.

Good morning I have a 7am flight
