I think you are asking the wrong question - about an article,but we know that giving people facts does not change their belief system .what does seems to be listening to concerns /sitting with them and their personal experiences and n life. patients don’t think they feel that’s our culture

Oy. The question is why are gross errors in medical records allowed - supposed to be legal records? I don’t know you -if you don’t know Tympanoplasty or
arthroplasty then it wouldn’t make any sense to you. Medical records are supposed to be precise now they’re full of bizarre errors.

Interested to try it, but aren’t we obligated to read these notes and I’m sure people aren’t but it’s illegal record yes so the jury is still out. I say write the old-fashioned brief note and just friggin videotape everything.
