Calling it a strategy is giving them too much credit. Making it up as you go, because, well it's the only thing you're capable of, is a farce not a strategy.

Well said. How do we get there? How do we help each other to find that place?

Ok. So what can we, as individuals do? What's the next step?

We can be patient. We can express our views while respecting the views of others. We can have constructive conversations. We can make sure to use our voice. We can be the adults in the room. We can vote.
