Included in cover letter data on Target’s actual shopper demo: over index Urban, singles, Millennials & Gen Z, non-whites, LGBTQ, 70% don’t have kids, higher income, higher education. But pandering to rural white Boomers & suburban moms?

I work in TX for a brewery employs 200. We need aluminum which is made from bauxite found in very limited quantities in the US. We will take price up, sales will decline, budgets will be cut, people lose their jobs. Aluminum is the most widely used metal in the US not going to just impact beverages.

They can pick crops, build houses, do landscaping, work in the manufacturing plants that are going to magically appear…so we pay the same in federal taxes with an exponentially higher cost of living. Make it makes sense.
