If a non-citizen has no right to contest their removal because the government claims that they’re in a Venezuelan gang, what’s to stop the government from claiming that *we’re* in a Venezuelan gang?

Really feel like I’m losing my mind: government OBVIOUSLY cannot punish an individual law firm for hiring someone it disfavors! It’s ludicrously unconstitutional and I feel like without a day of law school I could argue the case. And yet the best paid lawyers in the country are folding?

@aoc.bsky.social I am terrified for what’s about to come here. I live in Suffolk county so I know majority is all Trump supporting but our country is about to fall decades behind. We need real change and loud strong voices. I will call Nick Lalota but what do I say?
