yeah…it’s incredibly bad, especially for military kids that may move all over the united states w/their families (most have only limited choice ultimately in where they go) may end up in florida & get a biased, limited education & struggle even more moving to another state after that ‘un’education.

i grew up in virginia and had class trips to monticello, and visited later, too…things were always portrayed as pleasant history…
