Will do. I also used cauliflower pearls (fresh package) from the local grocery and the sizes weren't uniform, maybe next time I need more rice

It came out very good I'd make the pozole again, need to find some tweaks. It just felt like it was missing something. I had a hard time with the "rice" being too "cauliflowery", it didnt take on the flavors of the other ingredients
