Time to get some experts working on ideas about how we can reform and regulate private equity. They are having a detrimental effect in healthcare, housing, retail, and other areas. Time to get organized so we can target them after regime change.

Joe Biden changed as he got older. As president, he listened to Bernie and AOC. He appointed so many progressives to his administration that Third Way was pissed off. He was the most progressive president of my lifetime. And stood up for Social Security like an FDR Dem, telling truth.

Obama made the decision on ACA, thinking if he chose a Heritage Foundation idea, that the GOP would work with him and have a bipartisan success. He had to learn that they are either racist or assholes, who only wanted him to fail. Biden being a creature of the Senate, was aware of what was possible.

It may not be "inherently wrong", but private equity engaging in vulture capitalism is unsavory enough and having enough negative effects in the economy, especially in healthcare, where it needs to be dealt with. Time to get the leashes out for unrestrained capitalism.

I'm sure if some experts got together, they could come up with ideas to increase regulations, decrease tax benefits, and make life very difficult for private equity firms. Maybe not now, but under a new regime.

For months, I've been whining that we needed to flood DC with people like we did during the Iraq War protests. We need more buses from everywhere to make it easier for people. But I really didn't want them to boost our protest numbers by going after Venezuela.....

We don't want people turned away from Emergency Rooms, but the GOP wants to sucker us into defending giving medical care to undocumented immigrants. And they are using this "but they are getting care" to discredit us, from lying Leavitt to members of Congress.

Undocumented immigrants and workers or green card holders can go to a emergency room and if unable to pay, they can be covered by Medicaid- Emergency Services Only. The GOP knows this, so every time we say they can't access Medicaid, they muddy the picture because of that fact. We need to be clear!!
