I have one draft that I retitled "BEFORE THE PURGE" because it right before drastic rewrites. The deleted scenes are fun to read, and might be useful in future books in the series.

My characters laugh a lot. I'm okay with that. I type "laugh" a lot in my manuscript because the synonyms aren't much better.
Chuckle? Reminds me of gummy candy.
Chortle? Sounds like phlegm is involved.
Snicker? The candy thing again.
Titter? Boobies!
Snigger? Hard pass. Obviously.
