Dems should push for improving either Medicare or The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to cover all people now covered by Medicaid. Take advice from Chief Justice of SCOTUS that Mandate penalty of the (ACA), reduced by #47 to zero to sink it, really is a Tax. Restore it. #HealthCareForAll

Like it or not Congress operates on a “Spend it here, and cut to offset that expenditure over there”. This is the operating rule EXCEPT when those in charge want to do something different for political purposes. #TruthHurts.

Reality is that “reducing the national debt” is now the Big Issue. Any efforts by Congress in moving towards Universal Healthcare will have to deal with that issue. It is what it is. Therefore take Chief Justice Roberts interpretation that Mandate=Tax and apply it to wages- Save #ACA improve debt.

Media, Politicians & others stop playing Identity Politics with Healthcare, i.e use of word #Obamacare & work towards #Universal Healthcare for all. The starting point should be the #AffordableCareAct as a framework to work from. Currently #47 continues to exploit #Obamacare without pushback.

Did the #PatientProtection and #AffordableCareAct increase or lower the national debt? If lowered, then #amenditnotendit. Cover more people & since #JusticeRoberts called the #Mandate a #Tax, then i.e. #SocialSecurity why not put in a payroll tax on wages to finance the law? No more #Obamacare.
