There is way too much drama going on at the vet this morning, the vet that came in to see Zeus was called in because they are slammed. One call they received was from someone rushing their dog in that ate an entire bottle of thyroid medication. I need out of here soon.

Zeus has a follow up this morning for bloodwork and some family at the vet is losing their dog. Not the morning I’d want to have 😭😭

Remember if you’re deep frying a turkey you don’t need to thaw it out, the oil will do that for you.

I really miss having Zeus laying next to me, gonna be a weird night. Hopefully he’ll be home tomorrow night.

Update on Zeus, surgery went well and the vet found a 2nd nodule on his parathyroid that was not noticeable on scans that was also removed. He will stay there until his calcium levels are low enough. The bed will feel different not having him sleep between Chelsea and I 🤣
Dropping this big boy off for surgery this morning. Hopefully this will make him feel better and stop the peeing in the house.
