Journos: Warum muss #Alice #Weidel eigentlich nie erklären, wie genau sie Rückführungen umsetzen will? Warum lässt man sie Projektionsfläche sein? Es ist ja nicht so, dass es dieses politische Ziel nicht gibt. Im Gegenteil: Seit 10 Jahren ist das top-Priorität im BMI und Landes-Innenministerien.

AfD-Verbot: Ich finde das Argument "das löst die Probleme nicht, denn danach sind die Extremisten ja immer noch da" sehr befremdlich. Das gilt doch für alle Verbotsverfahren. Islamistische, extremistusche Vereine werden doch richtigerweise auch trotzdem verboten.

AfD-Verbot: Ich finde das Argument "das löst die Probleme nicht, denn danach sind die Extremisten ja immer noch da" sehr befremdlich. Das gilt doch für alle Verbotsverfahren. Islamistische, extremistusche Vereine werden doch richtigerweise auch trotzdem verboten.

We're all the more excited to kick off our work on a learning environment on advocacy in the Hilton Foundation's Refugees Initiative!
Given the many proposals on a greater UNHCR role in refugee staus determination/assessment in third countries. Evidence is clear that UNHCR can be locked into RSD without clear perspective of national takeover. Plus: such role can impede its political weight in the supervisory role of refugee law.
As a sidenote: it's also a major victory for UNHCR - the Court goes at lenghts to stress the importance of HCR assessment and evidence. More important than ever for HCR to internally firewall such analysis from political interference.

Das ist ein wohltuender Zwischenruf für Kilmaschutz-Instrumente, die langfristig funktionieren (Bepreisung!) - ohne immer neue Debatten über Ordnungs- und Förderpolitik.

Das ist ein wohltuender Zwischenruf für Kilmaschutz-Instrumente, die langfristig funktionieren (Bepreisung!) - ohne immer neue Debatten über Ordnungs- und Förderpolitik.
Amid all the positive elements of the UK Supreme Court judgment, it is also demonstrating how narrow the current law governing these proposals really is. Everything is analysed through the chain-refoulement paradigm, with emphasis on the procedure.

But arguably the fact that the asylum procedure is bad in Rwanda is one of very points of the proposal.Realistic admission rates beg the question whether UK is ready to then admit people, and if not, what happens w/ them
