Instead, the company has remained silent, failing to take any public steps to protect drivers from abduction and deportation.” “Khosrowshahi has proudly shared his own immigrant story and criticized Trump’s cruel immigration policies during his first term as president, but this go-around it’s clear that Uber’s CEO has made a different calculation.
