Looks like Jhonkensy Noel has made some pre-load hand placement changes in the Dominican League. Something Cleveland has tried to work with him on the past. His hands have previous been very low set before, now they are higher and a bit more forward. #Guardians

96-98. Was in the zone and in control. Showed off a cutter/slider, curve and some changeups. Very good stuff for a guy with 2 shoulder surgeries and not pitching since April of 2022
