Lastly - the gaslighting. It’s an awful toll on the psyche to both see this happening and at the same time can’t allow yourself to believe this is actually happening. It’s literally unbelievable anyone can be this sick, i must be making it up!

Turns out it’s all true.

imaging realizing that the person that (according to others) is suppose to care and support you the most actually
- active want you to fail so they feel better about themselves
- hate you for doing anything well
- actually hoping your life sucks so they can throw you crumbs and you’d be grateful
